The wonderpave pavement can be constructed as a one-layer or a<\/span>
\ntwo-layer structure according to the needs.<\/span>
\nMain components of the pavement are:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR rubber) crumb fraction 4 \u2013 6 mm<\/span>
\nfrom old recycled tires.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (M-class EPDM rubber)<\/span>
\ngranules fraction 3 \u2013 5 mm, used for the top layer, multicolor options.
\n<\/span>
\n\u2022 Crashed stone aggregate, usually fraction 4 \u2013 6 mm, but sometimes<\/span>
\nbigger fraction is prefered when only stone aggregate is used as for<\/span>
\ndecoration (granite, marble or some other stone aggregate).
\n<\/span>
\n\u2022 Special PU binder resistant to UV degradation.
\n<\/span>
\n\u2022 Different additives to the PU binder like catalyst, defoamers, etc.
\n<\/span>
\n\u2022 Special luminous additive (as an option) to make the pavement glow<\/span>
\nat night by absorbing the light energy at daytime.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Crumb rubber is recycled rubber produced from automotive and<\/span>
\ntruck scrap tires. During the recycling process, steel and tire cord<\/span>
\n(fluff) are removed, leaving tire rubber with a granular consistency.<\/span>
\nOld tires are a hugh problem worldwide and using this product in<\/span>
\npavement represents a truely innovative and green ”technology”.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
